By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree with it, please discontinue use of the site.

This Policy applies to personal information collected when you:

• Register interest in a program through the Registration page.
• Register for an Upcoming Webinar.
• Contact the Academy with a question (e.g., "Ask a question," "Talk to the Academy").
• Otherwise communicate with us directly, including via WhatsApp, in connection with a program or webinar.

This Policy does not apply to external websites linked from this site (including icieos.com or any third-party platform), or to YouTube, where Completed Webinar recordings are hosted and governed by YouTube's own privacy terms.

ICIEOS (PVT) LTD, headquartered in Colombo, Sri Lanka, operates ICIEOS Academy and acts as the Data Controller for personal information collected through this website, in coordination with its affiliate ICIEOS LLC (Delaware, USA) under the same group privacy framework used across ICIEOS's other digital properties.

We process your information based on your consent (given when you submit a registration form) and our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry, coordinating program or webinar logistics, and maintaining accurate records of registered interest. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, without affecting processing already carried out.

We use the information you submit to:

• Review and respond to your program or webinar registration.
• Coordinate intake details, scheduling, and (where applicable) payment arrangements manually via WhatsApp.
• Send you updates about the program or webinar you registered for, and — only if you opted in — updates about future programs.
• Maintain internal records of registration interest for the Academy team.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Registration details you submit are visible only to authorized ICIEOS Academy Admin staff who manage programs, mentors, and webinars. We may also share information with trusted service providers who support hosting and infrastructure for this website, under the same confidentiality standards ICIEOS applies across its systems. We do not share your information with mentors or webinar speakers beyond what's necessary to coordinate the session you registered for.

We retain your registration information for as long as reasonably necessary to coordinate your program or webinar participation and to consider you for future Academy opportunities, or until you request its removal. You may request deletion at any time using the contact details in Section 13.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, consistent with the rights described in the ICIEOS group Privacy Policy for users in the United States, the European Union/UK, and Sri Lanka (under the Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022). To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below; we may ask you to verify your identity first.

ICIEOS Academy does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 16. If we become aware that we have, we will take reasonable steps to delete it promptly.

We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards — including secure hosting and access controls — to protect the information you submit. No system can guarantee absolute security, and use of this website is at your own risk.
